Our Trip

*warning-long and boring post*
We had a fun trip to Idaho and Utah. We got there on Tuesday and hung out with my mom. Wednesday it snowed all day. we were able to dedicate Simon's grave. Kory's dad did a wonderful job. Because of the snow we stayed in the rest of the time. Thursday , Valentine's Day, the big day, we all got up and to get ready. My mom got ready real fast and she and Dennis left for the Temple. Kory and I were running late and I was suppose to be my mom's escort in the temple. We get the kids loaded in the car and get stuck in my mom's drive way after having to push teh car out we head to my sisters house. We get STUCK AGAIN in a 3 foot snow drift on her road. Blair (my brother-in-law) was able to tow us out. We hurry and drop the kids off and head down to Logan. We made it just in time for me to say hi to my mom and send her off. The ceremony was great and my mom and Dennis looked so happy. With all the confusion of the morning I forgot my camera so no pictures of the happy couple. On Friday we were got to hang out with my new step family. Dennis rented snow mobiles and grabbed our sleds and hit the hills, we had a lot of fun. There was about three feet of snow on the ground. Ben was a maniac, going up and down the hill I think he was in heaven. Saturday we went to my nephew's basketball game and just hung out until it was time to head to Salt Lake. Monday we had friends over for soup it was so much. I'm so dumb and forgot to take any pictures. Duh. While we there Kory was able to meet with some people and he has a job with the UPEA-his old job. His old boss loves him and is willing to do anything to get him back. Problem is she has a strick budget so pay is guestionable. It is better than nothing. Two more months and we'll be back for good.
