You're so kind

The other night we were eating dinner and I had made oven fries, they were not good at all. They weren't very crisp and the skin was very thick and had a strong potato skin flavor. So I said "these potatoes aren't very good". Ben looked right at me and said "that is because you made them". It was true I did make them and so I guess it was my fault they were not very good. Kids will be kids.

How funny! They sure are honest aren't they. It reminds me of a time at Old Navy when i was trying a shirt on and Colin told me I "looked sick" in it and not to buy it. :)

I love having kids be so honest about cooking skills! Sophie once told me my chicken was "too dry". Hope your feeling well! Lexie
