I feel horrible for missing Seth's birthday it was August 25th (yes almost a month ago) excuses excuses but I really haven't been feeling good at all. It was fun we went to the mall to ride the carousel although I think Ben had more fun. We came home and had make your pizza with the Coombs (we wanted to have them over one more time before they left). If you know Seth you know he eats dirt every time we go outside- so hence the dirt cake. He liked it, although I was wishing it would get him to stop eating the real dirt.
Anyway I just can't believe he is a year(plus). It really just seems like yesterday I was throwing up, oh wait I was, but with him. He is such a great blessing in our lives. His personality is already so strong he is very mischievous but real sensitive when he gets in trouble. He loves to tease us all, especially Ben and has a temper like you wouldn't believe. We love this little guy and can't wait to watch him grow.
A while ago we had Family Home Evening and we made the Recipe for Reverence. It was our best FHE ever. Ben was very involved not only by adding ingredients but he answered all our questions and gave ideas. He was eager to learn all the ingredients to be reverent. You really should try it and if you do not have it let me know and I will get you a copy.

Now you all know what I've been up to. Being sick. I am really frustrated, my house is a mess, I feel like I'm negecting my kids and husband, and all I ever want to do is sleep. I'm not sure if this time around is actually worse or that it was so unexpected that I am not dealing with it very well. Either way I'm hoping that I will get over it soon. I'm sorry to be a whiner. Tell next time.

Maybee you are having a girl!!! I was so sick with both of my girls, but they more than make up for it in the end. I would love to have the recipe for reverence FHE. we could use all the help we can get in that department.
